From Sketch to Reality
Not every job starts with a finished drawing. If you've got a rough sketch, a napkin idea, or dimensions scrawled on paper, OMP's drafting and prototyping team - backed by decades of hands-on trade experience across boilermaking, fabrication, toolmaking, electrical and more - can turn it into a production-ready file, starting at $200/hour with a qualified draftsman, or scope out a working prototype, quoted individually. If your existing drawings are already usable, there's no extra charge; if they need reworking for our machines, we'll flag it before we start and note it on your quote.
Not every fabricator offers this. At OMP, turning an idea into a finished, coated component is part of the service.

Systems & Tracking
Built to Run Large Programs
Large jobs live or die on tracking. OMP uses internal job-tracking and production systems to manage batch flow, stage handovers and progress visibility across cutting, folding, fabrication and coating.
Every component in a production program is tracked from drawing to dispatch, and the same systems are used to review and improve OMP's own processes job after job. It's the structure behind the workshop - and it's why OMP can run repeat production and multi-stage programs without losing sight of a single part.
