What We Do
CNC Folding Capability
OMP's CNC folding division forms laser-cut and sheared sheet metal into finished profiles using press brake and autofolder equipment. High-volume runs benefit from the autofolder line, which takes laser-cut skins directly from OMP's own cutting division.
Three CNC hydraulic press brakes - 100 tonne, 120 tonne, and a 250 tonne long-bed - plus a SENFENG BDC2500 automatic panel bender for high-speed repeat folding. The panel bender handles stainless up to 1.5mm, mild steel up to 2.0mm, and aluminium up to 2.5mm.
