Sheet Metal Fabrication Newcastle

MIG and TIG welding and assembly from drawing through to finished component, in-house at OMP's Heatherbrae facility.

OMP sheet metal fabrication and welding

What We Do

Fabrication Capability

OMP's fabrication division welds and assembles laser-cut and folded parts into finished components and assemblies. Fabrication sits between OMP's cutting/folding divisions and powder coating, supporting both one-off custom builds and larger industrial manufacturing programs.

OMP provides MIG, TIG, spot, stud, tack and plug/rosette welding for sheet-metal components, frames, brackets and fabricated assemblies. All welding is completed to drawing requirements, checked for fit-up and quality, and prepared for downstream powder coating and final assembly.
