Factory-Direct Aluminium Tray
A dual cab ute tray built and powder coated in-house at OMP's Heatherbrae facility, then packed flat on a pallet for economical Australia-wide freight and customer assembly.
The tray is fabricated from 5052 marine-grade aluminium in 3 mm and 4 mm plate, finished in a textured black powder coat, and supplied flat-pack rather than as a bulky pre-assembled unit — the same tray construction in a compact flat-pack format, reducing the freight volume compared with shipping an assembled tray.

Flat-Pack & Assembly
DIY Flat-Pack Assembly
The tray is designed to arrive flat-packed and be assembled by you and a mate using basic hand tools and a drill.
Allow around four hours for tray assembly.
No welding or riveting required.

Unpack
Unpack the pallet and check the tray components and supplied assembly hardware.

Build the Tray
Fit the headboard, LH and RH drop sides and rear tailgate using the supplied bolts and fasteners.

Fit Hardware
Fit the hinges, latches, mudguards, tail lights and number plate light.

Fit to Vehicle
Sit the assembled tray on the ute, get it centred and square, then work out your mounting points. Using a suitable mounting arrangement for the vehicle, mark the fixing locations on the tray supports, drill the tray supports where required and bolt the tray down securely.
Every ute is different underneath, so OMP does not supply a one-size-fits-all mounting kit. If brackets or mounts are needed, they can be made to suit by you or a competent local fabricator or tray installer.

Vehicle Mounting
Every Ute Is Different Underneath
OMP supplies the tray itself. Vehicle-specific mounts, brackets, mounting hardware and wiring are not included.
Use a suitable mounting arrangement for your particular ute. If brackets or mounts need to be made, a competent local fabricator or tray installer can make them to suit.

Australia-Wide Freight Available
The tray packs flat on a pallet at approximately 1900 x 1100 x 300 mm, keeping freight compact compared with shipping an assembled tray.
